This morning about 11:20 the door bell rings, I unlock and open the door and the lady from across the boulevard is standing there. I have seen her but have never talked to her or even said hi to her. She said Hi I live across the street from you and I would like to BORROW $10.00 DOLLARS i WILL PAY YOU BACK TOMORROW. That just floored me and was a little shocked that someone would resort to ringing a door bell for a loan.I was kind and said that I did not have any money and could not lend her any. She just said ok and left. WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE? Still a little shocked about this. essex

Well if I had the money on me I would have given it to her. Where I live I know all my neighbors.

The apartment complex this women lives in has seen squad cars there at least 3 times, cannot say for sure it is she that they are calling on, just seems very suspicious. The squads are from Plymouth and the Sheboygan county sheriffs dept. essex
